Bio

As the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, Clare is responsible for enterprise leadership of groups that support Navigator’s employees nationwide, including Human Resources, Information Technology & Operations. These responsibilities include Vendor Management, Bench Resource Management, Talent Management, Internal Communications, oversight of our Navigator Partner Network (our staffing portfolio of business), Benefits Administration & Internal Project Management.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Clare is a results-oriented human resource practitioner who brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources, including Human Resource Strategy, Talent Management, Recruiting Methodology, Leadership Development, Training and Development and Performance Management to name a few. Clare has been fortunate to help contribute to Navigator’s recognition as a Best Small Company to Work for in America by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Entrepreneur Magazine, The Great Place to Work Institute, and Fortune Magazine. Additionally, Navigator has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in both the Small & Medium Company categories by Columbus Business First & the Baltimore Business Journal.

Clare holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications (with Honors) from Ohio University, a Management Certificate in Human Resources: Selection & Staffing from The School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Prosci Change Management certification and the Crucial Conversations Training Facilitator certification. Clare was recently named the HR Executive of the Year, for small organizations, by Columbus CEO Magazine. Clare is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University, serves as a Board Member to the Alvis House and resides in Dublin, Ohio with her two daughters.
