Bio

Kristen Phelps serves as the Human Resources (HR) and Recruiting Lead for Navigator Management Partners Baltimore/Washington office. Kristen is responsible for all of the HR and recruiting efforts in the Baltimore/Washington area, bringing in new employees as well as current employees of Navigator that reside in the area. 

She graduated from the University of Miami with a B.A. in Psychology and moved back to Maryland to start a career in IT Recruiting. She has 12 years of IT Recruiting experience in both staffing and consulting settings and over 4 years of Human Resources experience.

She lives just north of Baltimore with her husband, Mike, their daughter and golden retriever.
