Integrating Systems at Educational Service Center of Central Ohio
Educational Service Center of Central Ohio engaged Navigator Management Partners to conduct an assessment and define options to increase efficiencies and integrate current systems, as well as explore systems replacement alternatives. As a result of the assessment, Navigator identified many areas for improvement.
Navigator evaluated and implemented additional integration between core applications, resulting in the increase in efficiencies. Self-service functionality in Applitrack and PeopleWerks was explored and expanded. Educational Service Center of Central Ohio was able to leverage additional functionality of existing applications, enhancing management reporting capabilities.
