Replacement of Administrative Applications
The University of Arizona entered into one of its most ambitious IT programs, Mosaic, replacing the majority of its administrative and back office applications. After evaluating the ERP solutions available to them, the University decided to invest in the development and implementation of the KFS application.
Knowing that they needed outside expertise to aid in this development and implementation, the University engaged Navigator. Over two plus years, Navigator partnered with the University of Arizona on the KFS implementation project. We provided thought leadership, project management, business process reengineering and mapping, application configuration, quality assurance and testing, batch scheduling, and training support.
With the rigor that our project management and implementation methodologies brought to the project coupled with the expertise of our consultants, we were able to help the University of Arizona successfully retire their legacy financial application and transition to KFS v3.1.
