Workday Selection and Implementation for The Huntington Library


The Huntington Library (HL) initially selected Navigator to conduct an overall IT strategy and improvement roadmap. During the project it became apparent that HL’s existing financials system was aging, required numerous manual processes, was missing key functionality, and was not integrated with other systems. The final recommendation was to select and implement a best-in-class, cloud-based ERP system.


Navigator was subsequently retained to lead HL’s solution definition, evaluation and selection. Through a competitive process, Huntington Library ultimately selected Workday for its HCM/Payroll and Financials solution.


As Huntington Library engaged to implement Workday, Navigator supplied resources to the project. Navigator played a key role advising the client and conducting quality assurance support. The Workday HCM/Financials solution was successfully implemented, and is now providing needed functionality, increased end-user usability, and greatly improved efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.
