Background

Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) contracted Navigator to provide a coordinated and experienced consulting team to support a functional upgrade of their PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 application to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1. 

Approach

The project scope included incorporating the following highlights: Integrating Time and Attendance solution that was built initially in 8.9 with the 9.1 upgrade. Improving Time and Attendance capability for international expansion with more delivered PS logic leveraged. Deliver enhanced functionality by using Benefits Administration rules and eBenefits for accuracy and efficiency of daily maintenance and open enrollment. Reduce hard-coding in programming to reduce the total cost of ownership. Complete all testing and deployment activities.

Results

Improved application function and performance with a reduced cost of ownership for the business and to maintain a vendor supported software environment.
