PeopleSoft HCM Assessment at the University of Arizona
Navigator Management Partners was retained by the University of Arizona to assess a prior implementation of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.0. The Navigator team reviewed all business processes and system configuration across the core HR, Time and Labor, Payroll/Commitment Accounting, and Benefits modules. The team also interviewed over 150 stakeholders at the University to determine the “pain points” they were experiencing following the original implementation. Out of this analysis, a comprehensive report was delivered that detailed the recommended process and system improvements to be made to alleviate the issues that the University was experiencing as well as the timeline and roadmap to implement those solutions.
