We conduct Prosci courses that are tailored to specific client audiences:
  1. Certification Program (3 days) - for people responsible for managing change

  3. Sponsor Program  (4- 6 hours) - for Executives, Senior Leaders and Project Sponsors
  4. Orientation Program (1 day) - for front-line employees
