SAP Solution Architecture
Leading all aspects of the project toward the definition of the solution roadmap, implementation strategy, and integration points within the Enterprise IT Landscape. This function involves the design and delivery of the target solution working with all project stakeholders in order to confirm functional, organizational and technical requirements, and attaining quality deliverables to completion.
Define a solid data management program to create a stable platform for reporting. This includes a review of source systems and their contents to assess the quality of source data and to construct the necessary processes to ensure data in the hands of the end user is accurate and timely.
Comprehensive Change Management
This offering supports projects where diverse stakeholders are involved and impacted, and where change may be complex and significant. All aspects of change management are addressed, such as sponsorship, engagement, communications, organizational alignment, workforce transition, training, and readiness monitoring.
Program & Project Management Organization Strategy
This strategy develops an overall project management organization architecture for the IT organization, and possibly for the entire organization. It ensures that all IT related programs and projects are conducted in a consistent manner, that effective project management processes are being utilized, and that business areas are properly integrated and represented on program and project teams.
Quality Assurance Management
This effort involves ensuring that project objectives are being achieved by overseeing project staffing to assure consulting resources are available when needed by performing quality reviews of final project deliverables, and by performing scope reviews and controlling audits of project scope. Navigator will act as the client liaison for any issue resolution and assist with project Risk Management and Risk Mitigation as needed.
Key activities include test planning, script development, and executing and maintaining test scripts / checklists based on business requirements documents. Partnering with other project team members as directed, to ensure that deliverables meet all project requirements, customer expectations, and are of the highest quality.
