Kelly Reo Program & Project Management Navigator Management Partners

Kelly serves Navigator Management Partners, LLC as its Program and Project Management Capability Lead. She has over 14 years of combined industry and consulting experience and joined the Navigator team in 2004.

Kelly has had great success in managing system development and implementation projects for public and private sector clients and employers in the following industries: Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Publishing and Higher Education. She has a proven track record of ensuring projects are completed on time and budget. She has been recognized as an expert in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Information Systems from The Ohio State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Eric and her daughter Savina.
