Clare Vetrick Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development Navigator Management Partners

Clare Vetrick serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development in her role as a member of the Navigator Shared Services Team. Her recruiting responsibilities include the development and administration of Navigator’s recruiting methodology and sustaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for all Navigator geographic markets.

Additionally, Clare is charged with creating training and internal development opportunities for our employees & members; ensuring the firm’s human capital policies are in place and in compliance with applicable labor standards; undertaking projects and analysis that contribute to Navigator’s Best Places to Work status as well as implementing and administering benefits programs that are of the highest standard.

Clare is a results-oriented Human Resource Professional who brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources; including HR strategy, training and development and recruiting alignment.

Clare holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications with a Minor in HR Management & Public Relations from Ohio University, a Management Certificate in Human Resources : Selection & Staffing from The School of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and the SPHR certification. She also serves as a volunteer to The Pleasure Guild of Nationwide Children’s hospital, The Healthy Families Foundation & Project Mentor; an affiliation of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Ohio. Clare resides in Dublin, OH with her husband and daughter.
