Tracy Powers Business Intelligence Navigator Management Partners

Ms. Powers brings a wealth of experience as a Senior Consultant and Business Intelligence Capability Lead with over seventeen years experience in national consulting, project management, data architecture and systems design. She has coached clients in "best practices" to create, install, optimize and deploy efficient applications. She has helped clients cleanse data, combine general ledgers, perform budgeting and forecasting, and improve data integrity; all with the goal of improving reporting accuracy and decreasing associated costs. She has instructed end-users, system administrators and financial modelers using training materials she developed. She has also written multiple software manuals, two of which were translated into multiple languages.

Ms. Powers provides business process design, IT project management, and information systems implementation services to clients. Her consulting background and experience with large scale projects enables her to deliver high value to clients. Ms. Powers has extensive experience in financial reporting, performance management, and data warehousing in state and local government, not-for-profit, healthcare, insurance and construction.

Ms. Powers takes great pride in her many community activities. In addition to participation in numerous ad hoc committees, she served five years as a Board Member of the Arizona Technology Council and was a former Board Member and the Treasurer of NPower Arizona. Currently, Ms. Powers serves as the Executive Director of the Arizona Angles Investor Group.

Ms. Powers received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with an Option in Accounting from Douglass College of Rutgers University. She later attended Rider University to complete a major in Accounting. Ms. Powers resides in Tempe, Arizona with her son Evan.
