Trent Huff Student Information Systems Navigator Management Partners

Serving as one of Navigator's Senior Consulting Professionals, Trent brings over 12 years of business consulting experience to the Navigator team. His responsibilities include project delivery through the use of Project Management Institute (PMI) disciplines, business process analysis and reengineering, and providing packaged software implementation services to clients. Trent also uses these experiences to maximize an organization's effectiveness both in its software purchases and its project delivery.

During his professional career, Trent has focused much of his time on the implementation and upgrade(s) of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related systems, including applications in Human Resources, Financials, Student Information Systems, and Help Desk functions. He understands the relation of emerging technologies to existing solutions and has successfully used this information to work within the budget and scheduling constraints that often limit the scope of work in system implementations.

Prior to joining Navigator, Trent spent eight years with Accenture and departed as a manager in the Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) Columbus office. A majority of his experience is with higher education clients, providing the unique perspective to lead the company's Enterprise Student Information Systems capability group. Trent leans on his ITIL (v3 Foundations) and PMP certifications to bring discipline to the projects he works on and value to Navigator's clients.

Trent holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and a Business Management Certificate from The Ohio State University. He serves as a volunteer to the GroundWork Group, a local non-profit agency, and resides in Powell with his wife and two small children.
