The project was on-time, on-scope, and under budget. There were approximately 100 integrations successfully deployed over 15 internal and external systems. Navigator acted as the independent Advisory project leadership, with Workday as the solution implementer.
The following Workday modules were implemented: Financial Accounting, Grants, Expenses, Procurement, Suppliers, Inventory, Projects, and Assets.
Navigator successfully created a University-wide change agent network that proved to be key in the overall success of the software deployment. Navigator also developed and deployed a post-go live support model.
