BMW FS started a new ERP implementation with an aggressive schedule. BMW’s internal, global IT group required months of lead time to procure ERP development system infrastructure, which jeopardized the project timeline.

In parallel, the Navigator team worked directly with BMW’s global IT group to size and order on-premise production infrastructure that both met the project requirements and met BMW’s strict technical architecture building block standards and patterns.
