From a programmatic perspective, Navigator worked closely with subject matter experts across Ohio, including transactional, managerial, and executive leads to holistically understand the state's technical enviornment and requirement for analytics. Navigator has supported the state with roadmaps, data governance recommendations, security considerations, and knowdledge from industry best practices. Navigator has also built and supported the state's modern architecture for data analyitcs, including a number of industry-leading analytical tools.
In terms of solution delivery, Navigator administered the overall analytics enviornment, including a full Cloudera Hadoop distribution, along with additional technologies such as Tableau, Alteryx, and StreamSets among others. On top of administration and maintenance, Navigator developed solutions on the platform including ingesting numerous data types, de-identification routines, streaming, visual analytics, analytical models, security, data governance and audit, and operationalizing solutions. Functionally, solutions have been developed to support use cases around cyber, 360 degree master data indexes, data warehouse optimization, as well as supporting larger analytics projects including Infant Mortality and Opioid Addiction.
From an organizational change management perspective, Navigator supports the success of Ohio Data Analytics with enterprise-widecustomized training course design and instructor-led training delivery for developers, business managers, and excutive leaders across the State of Ohio's agencies. In addition, Navigator supports enterprise enablement through targeted marketing efforts and audience-drived communcation to air in the success of adoption of newly-implemented technologies, methods, and tools. By driving engagement with key stakeholders across agencies, the state has been able to effectively work toward removing barriers to buy-in and actively raising awareness of the cutting-edge technology now available.
