Offerings

Change Management Practitioner Certification Program (3 days)

This program is designed for people responsible for managing change or building the change management competency within their organization. Upon completion, participants are certified in Prosci’s change management methodology and equipped to lead their organizations through all types of change.

Fundamentals of Change Management (1 day)

An experiential learning program that provides participants with an understanding of the fundamental concepts and organizational benefits of effective change management. The program is designed to provide awareness and desire for additional knowledge around change management. 

Change Management for Managers
(1 day)

According to Prosci research studies with more than 3,400 participants: managers and supervisors play one of the most critical roles in leading employees through change. This program focuses on the power of individual coaching, how to avoid common manager mistakes and techniques for managing resistance. It provides the tools and skills necessary for assessing teams and creating actions plans to help them through change.

Change Management Sponsor Briefing (4- 6 hours)

Active and visible sponsorship is the number one contributor to overall project success. This program will help executives and senior leaders embrace their role as sponsors of change initiatives. They will discover that “visible and active sponsorship” is more than simply authorizing resources and providing funding. This program provides the tools and skills necessary for effectively leading change and positioning their projects for success.

Employee Orientation Program (1 day)

Successful change relies on the acceptance and engagement of your employees, one individual at a time. When employees are involved, disruption to the business and resistance to change efforts are minimized. This orientation is based on the Employee’s Survival Guide to Change and the Prosci ADKAR model. It equips employees to play an active role in making change work.

Delivering Project Results (4-6 hours)

Designed for a project team or a group of project managers and leaders, this workshop provides project teams with awareness of how change management can help them meet a project’s intended outcomes. The workshop is designed to guide participants through a common language and framework for change management using terms they know: intent, objectives, scope, work streams, milestones, deliverables and timelines.

Organizational Change Management Executive Sponsor

As Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Navigator, Kameron brings 28 years of consulting experience to his leadership role within the firm.  Kameron leads an Executive Team that has overall collective responsibility for managing client relationships, identifying client sales opportunities, formulating projects to address client business needs, assembling and participating on client service delivery teams, providing delivery quality oversight, attracting local talent to bring to our clients, managing Navigator's internal operations, and managing Navigators continued growth and success.

Throughout his career, Kameron has focused on helping companies achieve business results through leadership and well structured projects. Kameron has experience across a variety of industries, including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance and financial services. Kameron has delivered business consulting, business process design, organizational change management, and enterprise systems implementation projects. Kameron has managed collaborative multi-organization teams through complex business transformation programs. Over his career, Kameron has recruited, organized, and developed many high performing project teams.

Before joining Navigator, Kameron was an Associate Partner with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he was responsible for client delivery at Fortune 500 clients. Kameron served in executive roles designing and delivering multiple shared service business models. Kameron was a leader in the area of Business Process Reengineering and served as Faculty member teaching hundreds of Accenture professionals a formal Continuing Education program called Business Process Excellence Principles.

Navigator’s regional focus has allowed Kameron to establish himself as a corporate citizen of greater Columbus. Kameron serves on the Board of Trustees at Alvis House where he has been past Chairman, IT Committee Lead, Nominating Committee Lead, and part of the Executive Committee.   Kameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management Certificate from The Ohio State University. Kameron resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife, Beth, and their three children Drue, Clare and Paige.

Shannan Simms
Shannan Simms
Organizational Change Management Lead

Shannan is an Organization Design and Change Expert with almost 20 years of consulting experience in the federal and commercial sectors. She is known for her ability to partner with clients and team members to design solutions that achieve sustainable business results. 
 
Prior to Navigator, Shannan worked at Booz Allen Hamilton leading a business in the federal sector developing high-performing teams to deliver quality executive communications, strategic communications, learning and performance support, and employee and stakeholder engagement solutions.
 
Shannan currently provides leadership to Navigator’s organizational design change management methodology, supports business development efforts across industries, ensures knowledge transfer across practitioners, and develops new and enhances existing services we offer to meet our clients needs. 
 
Shannan holds her certification as a project management professional (PMP), Prosci certified change practitioner, and World Coaching Institute professional and career coach. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from Kent State University, a master of arts degree in Psychology from Marymount University, and is actively pursuing her doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. 
 
Shannan lives in North Canton, Ohio with her four-legged children and enjoys kayaking and photography when she isn’t studying for one of her PhD classes.
