Tom has nearly 20 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, and managing SAP projects across a range of industries and SAP solutions.  His past performance includes technical, functional, and management roles within various SAP project teams.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Bucknell University (Lewisburg, PA). He resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife Christine and their two children Ellie and Sadie.

As the Tableau Solution Lead, Margaret plays a lead role in rolling out Tableau as a data visualization platform to all State of Ohio agencies. Margaret is PMP, CBAP and Prosci certified. She is a results-oriented professional with experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of new technology solutions. Margaret earned her MBA from The Ohio State University in 2010 and has worked for Navigator Management Partners since the completion of her graduate degree.

Adam joined Navigator Management Partners in 2014 from Deloitte Consulting and was selected to lead the Business Analysis and Process Design capability in January 2016. Adam is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) who excels at working with client executives in complex, unstructured environments to translate business goals and objectives into tangible business improvements. Adam has over 14 years of consulting experience in business process improvement, performance measurement and management, and strategy implementation.  He is a passionate champion of data visualization and data-based decision making.

As the Solution Lead for Oracle, John has extensive experience in financial package applications implementation and production management. He has a strong reputation for bridging the gap between business and technical groups, building successful teams, and developing partnerships inside and outside the organization. John has managed many large and complex projects with multinational teams. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Boston College and a MBA in Finance and Logistics from The Ohio State University.

As the Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Lead, Jason has extensive professional experience, all in the data warehouse, BI reporting, and data analytics space. He has played a crucial role in implementing BI and analytics solutions for a variety of industries, and has conducted assessments and developed roadmaps for a number clients to develop a strategy around BI and analytics. Jason’s experience includes working in both functional and technical capacities, with responsibilities including strategy development, solution architecture, requirements analysis, solution design, development, implementation, testing and training. He has a passion for helping organizations better understand and effectively utilize data based on their information needs, in order to make better strategic business decisions.

Shannan is an Organization Design and Change Expert with almost 20 years of consulting experience in the federal and commercial sectors. She is known for her ability to partner with clients and team members to design solutions that achieve sustainable business results. 
 
Prior to Navigator, Shannan worked at Booz Allen Hamilton leading a business in the federal sector developing high-performing teams to deliver quality executive communications, strategic communications, learning and performance support, and employee and stakeholder engagement solutions.
 
Shannan currently provides leadership to Navigator’s organizational design change management methodology, supports business development efforts across industries, ensures knowledge transfer across practitioners, and develops new and enhances existing services we offer to meet our clients needs. 
 
Shannan holds her certification as a project management professional (PMP), Prosci certified change practitioner, and World Coaching Institute professional and career coach. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from Kent State University, a master of arts degree in Psychology from Marymount University, and is actively pursuing her doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. 
 
Shannan lives in North Canton, Ohio with her four-legged children and enjoys kayaking and photography when she isn’t studying for one of her PhD classes.

Albert holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and is PMP certified. He resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Paige, and his daughter, Astrid.
