René Lewis
René Lewis
Director of Human Resources

René serves as the Director of Human Resources, bringing over 18 years of human resources force to the organization. She has successfully built and managed HR teams in a diverse group of industries, including retail, finance/mortgage, public sector, and training and development.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, with studies in political science, international relations, and socioeconomics. She is a credentialed Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) via the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as having specialized training in professional behavioral analysis and DiSC. 

René loves an ice cold Guinness, insists on the Oxford comma, and currently lives in Columbus, Ohio with her daughter. 

Jeremy Grace

Enterprise Staffing Director

Jeremy Grace is a talent professional with over a decade of diverse staffing experience in multiple consultative organizations. His background has a broad mix of recruitment, staffing, vendor management, business development, and resource management. He is relationship-driven and is driven on what is the best overall strategic fit for the company, consultant, and the client.

Jeremy is responsible for managing identification, selection and placement of independent contractors and Navigator Partner Network (NPN) subcontractors.  He is also leads contracts and contract negotiations for Navigator's vendor and alliance partnerships.

Jeremy leads and is responsible for developing, executing, and tracking strategic vendor strategies focused on achieving cost savings through a variety of levers such as demand management, vendor consolidation, and sourcing goals for specific business areas. Working closely with the executive team,  third party vendor representatives, and independent contractors - Jeremy is charged with delivering on Navigator subcontractor demand while continuing to develop, improve, and monitor vendor partners/contractors performance metrics.

Prior to joining Navigator, Jeremy has held responsibilities for operational management, staffing management, and career coaching. This experience allowed him the opportunity to be involved, build, or improve delivery, hiring, or retention models while developing technical partnerships within the Central Ohio IT community.

Jeremy is from Columbus, OH and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Organizational Management. He enjoys being a part of the local community, residing in Grandview Heights with his wife, Jasmine, and daughter, Ella. Jeremy is a wellness enthusiast, certified yoga & meditation teacher,  avid runner, and Muay Thai student. He most recently was a member of the Board of Trustees at the St. Josephs Montessori School and volunteers his time with the Yoga on High Foundation,  youth athletic coaching programs, alumni mentor for the University of Phoenix, management of the user group LInkedColumbus, and Wellness Committee Lead at Navigator.

Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager, Jessica is responsible for implementing and directing Navigator's recruitment strategy. She remains hands-on with the full lifecycle recruiting of management consulting and IT professionals with an emphasis on experienced hires for key positions within the firm.

Jessica was raised on the East Coast, the Chicago suburbs, and Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations. She began recruiting in the technology space in 2005. She resides with her husband, daughter, and son in Columbus, OH.

Kristen Sochor

Senior Talent Acquisition Professional

Kristen Sochor serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional in her role as a member of the Navigator Shared Services Team. She is a full-lifecycle recruiter, supporting the enterprise, with particular emphasis on the Columbus and Atlanta markets.
Kristen has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Kent State University. She has over 8 years of experience recruiting in third-party, corporate and management consulting. She is CIR and CSSR certified. Kristen volunteers for the Big Brothers Big Sisters school-based mentoring program as a Project Mentor. She recently joined the Ohio Recruiters Association.
She resides in Columbus, OH with her husband, Craig, where they are pursuing their hobby of house-flipping.

Senior Talent Acquisition Professional

Brittany Buxton-Graham serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional in Navigator’s Columbus office. Brittany brings eight years of experience in career and job search coaching, campus recruiting strategy, and relationship management. During her time in The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Brittany managed recruitment and referral relationships between MBA candidates and consulting firms, ranging from boutique to global. Prior to OSU, Brittany provided career coaching for students at all degree levels at Ohio University.

Brittany earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy and master’s degree in college student personnel from Ohio University. Brittany’s roots and current home are in Worthington, Ohio, where she lives with her husband and daughter. She enjoys traveling, learning anything new, and a good craft beer or glass of red wine.

Julee Conrad
Julee Conrad
Talent Acquisition Professional

Julee Conrad joins Navigator as a Talent Acquisition Professional in the Columbus office.  She most recently worked at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business as Director of MBA Recruiting and Admissions, where she was employed for 7 years.  Previously, she worked at KPMG, first as an audit associate before transitioning into campus recruiting for the firm.   

Julee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Miami University and her Master’s in Accounting from The Ohio State University.  She is an avid runner and enjoys family jogs to the Worthington Farmer’s Market with her husband and 2 children.
