As Vice President serving the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast geographies, Glenn helps clients in Education, Government and Non-Profit industries with identifying and solving critical business problems, particularly around Cloud ERP software selection and implementation.

Glenn has extensive experience in higher education, ERP and SaaS software implementation and has spoken and delivered presentations at multiple venues including Higher Education User Group (HEUG) conferences regionally and nationally. Based in Reston, Virginia, Glenn has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Towson University and an M.A. in Writing from The Johns Hopkins University. He is Prosci and PMP certified and has solution-specific experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce and Workday.

Adam joined Navigator Management Partners in 2014 from Deloitte Consulting and was selected to lead the Business Analysis and Process Design capability in January 2016. Adam is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) who excels at working with client executives in complex, unstructured environments to translate business goals and objectives into tangible business improvements. Adam has over 14 years of consulting experience in business process improvement, performance measurement and management, and strategy implementation.  He is a passionate champion of data visualization and data-based decision making.
