Project-Based Change Management

We deliver project results by using a structured approach to manage the people-related elements of a change. Our best-practice framework is built on Prosci® research to help your people be ready, willing & able to make the transition. We do this through change impact assessments, readiness monitoring, leadership alignment activities, stakeholder engagement, ongoing communications, workforce transition preparation, training & sustainment actions. 

Prosci® Training

Our team of Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructors are prepared to deliver the Prosci® training curriculum to your team. We offer different training to meet the needs of different groups, including your change management practitioners, executives, managers and supervisors, and front-line staff.  We are the only Prosci® Authorized Training Provider in the United States.

Enterprise Change Management

We are experienced in helping organizations introduce a more consistent approach to change management across the enterprise. The focus is on viewing change through an enterprise lens looking at the portfolio of changes across the organization, aligning change management with program/project management, improving organization-wide governance, and developing change agility and organizational change competency across stakeholder groups.

Director, Organizational Change Management Practice

Shannan is an Organizational Psychologist with 20+ years of consulting experience in the federal and commercial sectors. She is known for her ability to partner with clients and team members to design solutions that achieve sustainable business results. 

 

Shannan currently leads Navigator (now Avaap)’s organizational change management practice. She leans forward to understand trends in industry that influence organizational operations and impact how people respond and react to change. She uses this information to develop new models and approaches to best support our clients navigate the complexities of change. Shannan oversees the portfolio of work aligned to organizational change management, partnering with her co-lead to bring the right solutions at the right time, developing talent, and ensuring quality of delivery.

Prior to Navigator (now Avaap), Shannan worked at Booz Allen Hamilton leading a business in the federal sector developing high-performing teams to deliver quality executive communications, strategic communications, learning and performance support, and employee and stakeholder engagement solutions.

Shannan holds a doctorate in Organizational Development and Leadership, is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project management professional (PMP), is a Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor, and World Coaching Institute Professional Coach.

Shannan lives in North Canton, Ohio with her four-legged children and enjoys kayaking and photography when she isn’t doing research for fun.

Organizational Change Management Executive Sponsor

As Senior Vice President, Kameron brings 28 years of consulting experience to his leadership role within the firm.  Kameron leads an Executive Team that has overall collective responsibility for managing client relationships, identifying client sales opportunities, formulating projects to address client business needs, assembling and participating on client service delivery teams, providing delivery quality oversight, attracting local talent to bring to our clients, managing Navigator's internal operations, and managing Navigators continued growth and success.

Throughout his career, Kameron has focused on helping companies achieve business results through leadership and well structured projects. Kameron has experience across a variety of industries, including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance and financial services. Kameron has delivered business consulting, business process design, organizational change management, and enterprise systems implementation projects. Kameron has managed collaborative multi-organization teams through complex business transformation programs. Over his career, Kameron has recruited, organized, and developed many high performing project teams.

Before joining Navigator (now Avaap), Kameron was an Associate Partner with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he was responsible for client delivery at Fortune 500 clients. Kameron served in executive roles designing and delivering multiple shared service business models. Kameron was a leader in the area of Business Process Reengineering and served as Faculty member teaching hundreds of Accenture professionals a formal Continuing Education program called Business Process Excellence Principles.

Kameron is established as a corporate citizen of greater Columbus. Kameron serves on the Board of Trustees at Alvis House where he has been past Chairman, IT Committee Lead, Nominating Committee Lead, and part of the Executive Committee.   Kameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management Certificate from The Ohio State University. Kameron resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife, Beth, and their three children Drue, Clare and Paige.

Barbari is a Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor, and a Prosci® Certified Change Management practitioner focusing on designing and delivering change management solutions for diverse organizational problems across industries and organizational size. Barbari is known for her skilled engagement with leaders, at all levels of an organization, to support their sponsorship of critical transformations.

Barbari currently leads Navigator (now Avaap)’s  Prosci® practice. She leads Navigator (now Avaap)’s team of Prosci® certified advanced instructors to deliver high quality and impactful training based on real-world examples and leading practices. Barbari leads our portfolio of Prosci® training work with a focus on helping clients apply classroom training when they are back on the job.
