Offerings

Comprehensive Change Management

This offering supports projects where diverse stakeholders are involved and impacted, and where change may be complex and significant. All aspects of change management are addressed, such as sponsorship, engagement, communications, organizational alignment, workforce transition, training, and readiness monitoring.

Prosci® Training

Navigator delivers various Prosci® training programs to suit the needs of different groups, including executives, managers and supervisors, front-line staff, and internal change management resources. We are the only Prosci® Authorized Training Provider in the United States.

Change Management Office (CMO)

We are experienced in the creation and redesign of clients’ CMOs. Benefits of CMOs include improved planning and management of a portfolio of changes across the organization, improved alignment between change management and program/project management, and improved organization-wide governance of change management.

Learning Solutions

Learning Solutions addresses the critical importance of training an organization’s people, either to support the needs of a change initiative, or to improve current state productivity. This can be a standalone service or part of our Comprehensive Change Management offering.

Shannan Simms
Shannan Simms
Organizational Change Management Lead

Shannan is an Organization Design and Change Expert with almost 20 years of consulting experience in the federal and commercial sectors. She is known for her ability to partner with clients and team members to design solutions that achieve sustainable business results. 
 
Prior to Navigator, Shannan worked at Booz Allen Hamilton leading a business in the federal sector developing high-performing teams to deliver quality executive communications, strategic communications, learning and performance support, and employee and stakeholder engagement solutions.
 
Shannan currently provides leadership to Navigator’s organizational design change management methodology, supports business development efforts across industries, ensures knowledge transfer across practitioners, and develops new and enhances existing services we offer to meet our clients needs. 
 
Shannan holds her certification as a project management professional (PMP), Prosci certified change practitioner, and World Coaching Institute professional and career coach. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from Kent State University, a master of arts degree in Psychology from Marymount University, and is actively pursuing her doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. 
 
Shannan lives in North Canton, Ohio with her four-legged children and enjoys kayaking and photography when she isn’t studying for one of her PhD classes.
